At 9:53 a.m. the Commission voted to go into closed session pursuant to Section 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri to discuss security matters. Commissioner Harry Otto made the motion to enter closed session; Commissioner Jeff Hoelscher seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
