Planning staff asked the applicant for clearer site-plan annotations to show parking and garbage locations and to provide a total square footage calculation for the downstairs studio area. Staff said those items should be submitted before the board issues final sign-off so the board can determine the required number of parking spaces; existing on‑site parking includes stacked and tenant-reserved spaces.
