The Village of Cold Spring Board of Trustees on March 25 approved a resolution authorizing the mayor to execute documents to acquire two vacant parcels at 260 and 261 Lakes Surprise Road, together described in the resolution as roughly 4.6 acres, from seller Rita Sue Seagull to secure access and staging for repairs to the upper Cold Spring Dam.
