Representatives for the applicant presented a revised site plan for the property listed in the agenda as 810 Hoosick Road (transcript later alternately refers to "210 Hoosick"; the agenda line reads 810). Sam Burton of Polar Engineering summarized updates including a topographic survey with contours, a pad/site plan, a site photometric plan with a note to switch building and sign lighting off at a specified hour, and drainage/maintenance notes for catch basins.
