The Clare City Commission adopted Resolution 2026‑026 to renew a one‑year equalization services agreement with the Clare County Equalization Department. Under Option 2, the city will receive access to Clare County’s Fetch GIS for parcel details and annual updated digital mapping (.SHP files) at a cost of $500 per year, the same fee as in prior years.
