The council approved a conditional use permit allowing Goodwill to operate a donation collection drop‑off within a planned retail lease space at 157 South FM 548. Mr. Morgan told the council the request is for an 1,800‑square‑foot lease area and would be limited to a drop‑off function with no outside storage; the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended unanimous approval.
