At its March 17 meeting the Londonderry Select Board took the following formal actions by voice vote: it acknowledged receipt of a draft village wastewater ordinance and authorized submission to the town attorney for review; it approved excess vehicle weight permits for local contractors and authorized staff to execute the permits; it approved a retroactive modification to an access permit for a parking area on Middletown Road and authorized the chair to sign the permit; it accepted a DuPont Storage Systems proposal for file shelving for $13,750 and authorized signatures to complete the purchase; it authorized a $5,185 plumbing change order for the town office renovation; and it made a series of routine appointments (Road Commissioner, Emergency Management Director, Windham Regional Commission representative, E911 coordinator, Animal Control Officer) and elected board leadership.
