The City Council approved a phase 1 development agreement for 57 West King Creek (Amasa Apartments LLC) on Feb. 21, with a 3-0 vote and one recusal. Joanna (planning staff) told the council the omnibus development agreement approved Jan. 27 allowed extraction of individual phase DAs and listed concessions (front yard setback waiver, active employment household waiver, custom parking calculations) and benefits tied to this phase, including affordable units targeted at 50% to 25% AMI.
