Commission recommends conditional approval for Kotretsos final minor subdivision
The Planning Commission recommended conditional preliminary/final approval for the Land of Antonios Kotretsos final minor subdivision on July 15, 2026, contingent on Engineer Coyle's June 15 review conditions and a shared driveway access agreement; vote was 3-0 and the plan will go to the Board of Supervisors on Aug. 10.

Township Engineer Coyle told the commission that the only outstanding item for the Land of Antonios Kotretsos Final Minor Subdivision was an LVPC review letter, which the minutes record as received June 22, 2026. Keystone Consulting engineer Nick Kaylani stated the team had addressed the comments in Engineer Coyle’s June 15 review letter.
