Nutter Fort adopts state-required outage communication plan
The council approved an Outage Communication Plan required by state rules, specifying phone, text and email notification options. The plan was adopted by unanimous roll call on Oct. 14, 2025.

The Town of Nutter Fort Council voted to adopt a state-required Outage Communication Plan that will allow notifications by phone call, text message or email. Councilor Charlene Louk moved to accept the plan and Councilor Karen Phillips seconded; the motion passed by unanimous roll call.
