During discussion of the entertainment license requirement and event approvals, Booyah Bash organizers asked the Committee to refund the entertainment license fee they had paid, asserting that "the Village Ordinance provides a fee exemption for their event." The Committee opened and then closed the floor to hear the request; MOTION by Trustee Stephanie Rodgers, seconded by Trustee Ernie Allen, recommended that the Village Board refund the Booyah Bash entertainment license for 2026. The motion carried.
