The proposed amendments would add a subsection permitting tiny home parks in R-4 residential districts and include a new supplemental regulations section (18.100.290) that lays out design guidelines for such parks. The packet defines a "tiny home" as "a small dwelling unit under 400 square feet that is permanently installed," while "tiny homes on wheels" are described as mobile units under 400 square feet that are not allowed as residential uses and must be parked in RV parks.
