The Town of Pierce Board of Trustees approved a 3% pay increase for Public Works Director Mike Lester during a special meeting on June 9, 2025. Trustee Chris Vanwhy moved the action and Trustee Geoffery Broughton seconded; the roll call recorded six "AYES" and Glen Lester abstained, and the motion passed.
