Pierce trustees approve CDBG amendment, banking resolutions, permit cancellations and routine administrative measures
At the Feb. 10 meeting the Board approved an amendment to the town's Weld County CDBG subrecipient agreement, adopted two banking resolutions, cancelled a temporary use permit for the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, authorized document shredding, and agreed to negotiate an agreement with North Weld County Water District.

The Board approved multiple routine and administrative items on Feb. 10. Trustee Julie Lukela moved to approve an amendment to the subrecipient agreement for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds with Weld County; Trustee C. VanWhy seconded and the motion passed with all "AYES."
