Trustee Geoffery Broughton reported the town engineer recommended a structural assessment and reiterated concerns that Highland Elementary School is large and not set up for use as a community center. The Board reviewed earlier estimates that the feasibility study could cost about $100,000 and that, even with a grant, the town might need to cover roughly $50,000. Clerk Kristina Duran said she would contact Upstate Colorado for assistance.
