Cleo Adams presented MRI Construction Proposal #606 to widen the opening on the E3 Basin control structure. Charlie Krebs explained the structure is slightly shy of the maximum width at the point going out to the Florida Power & Light easement and described MRI's scope to use a concrete saw to widen the weir to maximize outflow.
