Eric Long distributed a revised Long Range Plan and reviewed capital estimates for monuments and gatehouses. He said he kept the estimated probable cost to replace four neighborhood monuments at $250,000 and listed gatehouse renovation estimates of $615,775 for FY2026 and $407,240 for FY2027. "The cost of the additional well is $291,500," Long said, and he expects the new well to become the CDD’s primary well once testing and pump installation are complete.
