The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors voted to award a multi‑phase drainage improvement contract to Clark Construction Group, Inc., approving a not‑to‑exceed amount of $1,111,860 that includes an additional 5% contingency to cover unknowns such as tree removal, shrub replanting and adjustments to sprinkler heads.
