The board reviewed the report of open code enforcements and voted to refer three properties to the law firm Foster Swift for potential litigation and resolution. The motion, made by Clerk Laurie Briggs-Dudley and supported by Trustee Rob Currie, names properties on Wright Road, Howe Road and Hinman Road for referral; the motion carried.
