Commission authorizes road analytics contract, hires permit coordinator and OKs county contracts
The commission authorized a road analytics agreement with Diversified Computer Services, approved an employee contract naming Michael Branton Cole as Permit Coordinator/Project Manager, increased Meridian Waste rates by $2, and approved several facility and service agreements including a $13,800 annual UAB nutritionist contract.

Calhoun County Commissioners on July 23 authorized an agreement with Diversified Computer Services to provide road analytics intended to help the highway department prioritize and streamline road work. County Engineer Rodney McCain described the tool as a support for prioritization; the Commission authorized the Chairman to sign the agreement by unanimous voice vote.
