Chandra Burks of Kaufman Associates told the Harrison County Commissioners Court that the ALP update is a 20‑year, long‑range study intended to align the airport’s airside and landside facilities with FAA design standards and projected demand. "My name is Chandra Burks. I'm with Kaufman Associates," she said as she opened the presentation and walked the court through demand forecasts and the plan’s drawing set.
