Council accepts Border-to-Border trail easement dedication from Huron Waterloo Pathways Initiative
The council authorized the mayor and clerk to accept an irrevocable easement assignment for the Border-to-Border trail across the Lynn Fox property from Huron Waterloo Pathways Initiative after staff said builders completed punch-list items and the trail is in acceptable condition.

City staff reported that the Border-to-Border trail segment across the Lynn Fox property was installed by Huron Waterloo Pathways Initiative and, following punch-list corrections, is now ready for dedication to the city. Community Development staff said the trail was installed almost two years ago and that DPW and engineering staff completed inspections and accepted the work.
