Potter County Commissioners on Dec. 11 approved Ordinance 2 of 2025, adopting the Articles of Agreement to join the Northcentral Regional ATV Trail Network (NRAT) Council of Governments. The ordinance was moved by Commissioner Robert Rossman and seconded by Commissioner Nancy Grupp; the recorded vote was Rossman yes, Grupp yes, Heimel yes.
