Finance director Olympia presented the proposed solid waste residential assessment rates for fiscal year 2027: $618.48 annually per residential unit for properties with up to four units and $568.68 for properties with five or more units. The assessment is intended to fund the cost of residential collection and disposal including the contract with Waste Management and related administrative costs.
