James Cook updated the council on Lakeside Well 4R and the new water tower, reporting that Well 4R reached substantial completion on March 14, 2026 and received a Certificate of Potability on April 14, 2026. He said GMB has certified the well is operational and that it provides the town with an additional 96 equivalent dwelling units (EDUs).
