Commission adopts SharePoint for documents; members report email, Mac and meeting-room internet problems
Commissioners confirmed a SharePoint site for document sharing. Several members reported difficulty opening town email on MacBooks, issues with account passwords, and slow meeting-room internet; staff agreed to assist and to bring IT support to upcoming sessions.

Before the substantive agenda, members were asked to use a newly created SharePoint site to store vision statements, drafts and presentations. "We now have a SharePoint, we now have access to SharePoint and you all got invitations to join the site," a participant said while explaining that she had uploaded the vision statement and process documents.
