Upson County approves revised Griffin Judicial Circuit agreement, will pay current allocation

The Upson County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a revised intergovernmental agreement for the Griffin Judicial Circuit and agreed to pay the county's current allocation. County Attorney Heath English said the majority of the county’s cost increase stems from juvenile court and the agreement moves reviews from every four years to annually.
