Shepherd's Run legal filings in focus; ruling on issue statement expected Feb. 18

A supervisor thanked residents who spoke at recent public comment hearings on the Shepherd's Run proposal and said the county had filed an issue statement (77 pages) and a 24‑page affirmation seeking party status in the pending proceeding. The supervisor said the county's request for party status is historically unlikely but that a ruling was expected on Feb. 18 and that the county was also pursuing dismissal of the matter.
