IT leadership told the board main servers have migrated to the data center, on-site servers will be decommissioned over two years, and DIR-mandated cybersecurity training and phishing simulations are underway (some personnel failed the simulated tests). The IT presenter said, "We've also begun testing AI functionality within SAORM's testing environment of REIS," and staff cautioned the board that AI and cyber exposures are evolving.
