Superintendent Karen reported several operational matters to trustees. She said staff mailed a sidewalk flyer to residents with sidewalks and will begin visits from the ordinance compliance officer; properties that do not clear sidewalks will be given 24 hours to comply before ticketing. "If they do not clear their sidewalks, they'll have 24 hours to clear," Karen said, and staff will aim to avoid citing residents where outreach succeeds.
