The Bath Charter Township Board of Trustees on Jan. 5 heard a planner presentation and developer remarks about a proposed "flex storage" land use at 7733 Saginaw, a four-unit retail site with a vacant parcel to the north. Planner Miles said the change would add a modern storage/warehouse option intended for growing small businesses and that the planning commission and planning department recommended approval after the developer satisfied most outstanding conditions.
