Lander, Riverton and other towns present mill requests; fire districts mostly at three-mill maximum
Staff told commissioners the towns of Lander, Riverton, Shoshoni, Hudson, Dubois and Pavilion requested mill levies (Lander and others at 8 mills; Riverton and Dubois at 5 mills where they maintain separate fire districts) and several fire districts are at the three-mill maximum.

Lander and Shoshoni requested eight mills; Riverton and Dubois requested five mills and retain separate fire districts. She said fire districts including Dubois, Fremont County Fire, Riverton Fire and Jeffrey City are asking at the three-mill maximum.
