After a presentation by the deputy assessor, the Fremont County Board of Commissioners voted to approve the county and district mill levies for 2026; the packet included county, school, city, fire, cemetery, water/sewer and service district levies and state guidance on limits.

The Fremont County Board of Commissioners voted to approve the proposed mill levies for 2026 after a presentation from the assessor's office. A commissioner moved to approve the levies "as presented by our deputy assessor," the motion was seconded and the board approved the measure by voice vote.
