County staff presented a draft nuisance policy intended to give Fremont County a process to declare and abate nuisances in unincorporated areas. The proposed list covered a broad range of situations—abandoned or dilapidated manufactured homes, accumulations of manure or trash, unpermitted septic systems and obstruction of county right-of-way, among other conditions.
