Architectural Control reports 98.7% approval rate for submitted projects year-to-date
At the July 22 meeting, Director Ed Miller said 69 projects were submitted in June (65 approved administratively, 4 by committee) and year-to-date submissions total 229 with 226 approvals (98.7% approval rate), a 9.1% decline in submissions from 2025.

Ed Miller, Director of Architectural Control, reported that 69 projects were submitted in June; 65 were approved by the ACC administrator and four required committee approval. Miller said year-to-date there have been 229 project submissions and 226 approvals, which he calculated as a 98.7% approval rate, and noted submissions are down 9.1% compared with the same period in 2025.
