Trustees voted unanimously Aug. 31 to amend Board Policy CFB (LOCAL) to raise the district's capitalization threshold from $5,000 to $10,000. Colby Bates made the motion to update the policy, Mason Martinez seconded, and the roll-call vote was 7–0 in favor.
