The Argentine Township Board voted to accept a School Resource Officer contract during the Aug. 31 meeting. E. Renckly moved to accept the SRO contract and N. Schmidt supported the motion. The roll call vote was recorded as three yes and two no; R. Cole and M. Frederick opposed the measure, but the motion carried 3-2.
