After 25 years, town planner says he still relishes helping Southwest Ranches keep its character

Jeff Cadems reflected on his long tenure in Southwest Ranches, saying he has been involved since shortly after incorporation and that his favorite part of the job is seeing the town keep its founding values. "The fact that I've been around for 25 years ... to see the town thrive, to keep it rural, we've, to do, it's a fight," he said, describing the work as both rewarding and ongoing.
