Council approves several RFPs, including split vote on two properties

Council approved multiple Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for city-owned properties. A motion by Chris Douglas, supported by Andy Nyquist, approved RFPs for 11410 S. Saginaw St. and 113 Reid Rd.; the minutes record the vote as 4–yea, 1–no and mark the motion carried. Later, council approved RFPs for 237 Reid Rd., 316 Union St. and Union St. as submitted; those motions carried without a recorded roll-call tally.
