The Town of Dubois Council approved Change Order No. 2 for the 2026 wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) modifications at the Sept. 9 meeting. The change order with Strobel Energy Group, contingent on the contractor's acceptance, adds $3,686.00 to cover measures to prevent future rust development inside piping that could impede diffuser operation.
