Brian and Sharon White presented plans to add an enclosed storage and classroom area behind the main church/theater building at the Kong Lung Center. The county planning department reviewed the proposal and flagged four specific issues: the design must follow the county zoning ordinance (CZO), fire-safety requirements must be met, the project must comply with lot-coverage rules, and parking-space requirements must be fulfilled.
