Director reports progress on aquifer storage well and pavement projects

Public Works staff updated the commission on several infrastructure projects. The city is advancing a second aquifer storage and recharge (ASR) well and expects to resume flow in the historic canal once pipe welding finishes; crews are also finishing street rehabilitation work on South and North Main.
