A 1,600-square-foot site plan submitted by Frank's Auto Shop for 700 North Country (former Pink House/Abby's Frozen Custard location) was approved with a P&Z condition that the new facade materials and colors match the existing building.

The Board approved an ordinance permitting Frank's Auto Shop to build a 1,600-square-foot accessory building at 700 North Country, the site of the former Pink House barbecue and Abby's Frozen Custard. Staff said the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended unanimous approval with the condition that the building facade be constructed with materials and colors matching the existing structure (brick wainscot and gray siding).
