Pickens County planning staff presented RZ191208, a request by Big South Real Estate Holdings LLC to rezone about 3.29 acres at 7734 Harmony School Road from rural residential to highway business, saying the change would allow conversion of an existing residence to office space and accommodate three small commercial buildings. "Big South Real Estate Holdings LLC is the applicant," staff said, citing parcel 053 A 086 and recommending approval subject to a 30-foot Type 2 buffer required by county code.
