The Reed City Council approved a $332,082.00 contract award to Reith-Riley Construction for street mill and resurfacing work. "Motion by Nixon, seconded by Lupo, CARRIED, to award the bid to Reith-Riley Construction for the Mill and Street Resurfacing contract in the amount of $332,082.00, as presented," the minutes state.
