At 9:23 a.m. on Feb. 3, 2025, Commissioner Zach Stewart moved that the board enter executive session pursuant to Idaho Code —74-206 (1)(a) and (b) to consider personnel matters; Commissioner Zan Bowles seconded and a roll-call vote was unanimous in the affirmative. Attendees listed for the executive session included the three commissioners, County Attorney Vic Pearson, Clerk Camille Larsen, and Wes Harris.
