The Enterprise Planning Commission on July 8, 2025 approved a conditional use permit for Working Homes, LLC to construct duplex workforce housing in Enterprise, following a staff presentation and public testimony. Commissioner John Lawrence moved to approve the permit; Commissioner Marc Stauffer seconded and the motion carried with Chair Autumn Wilburn abstaining because she serves on the Working Homes board.
