The board approved Turner Pay Application #9 in the amount of $354,174.38 for the Dallas County Courthouse Renovation project for work completed through Dec. 31, 2025. County staff noted the first coat of primer and paint is completed, wood base installation is underway, ceiling grid and border tiles are complete, and ceramic tile work in the judge's bathroom is finished.
