The Dallas County Board of Supervisors approved Turner Pay Application #13, totaling $399,929.97, for work completed on the Secondary Roads Administration addition through Dec. 31, 2025. County staff reported the exterior storefront is installed, the PEMB overhead door height modification is complete, interior painting has started and overhead MEP rough‑in is 95% complete.
