The Dallas County Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2026‑008 on Jan. 6, 2026, granting MidAmerican Energy Company a perpetual, non‑exclusive easement of 650 square feet (0.01 acres) to provide electric service to the county's Evidence Storage building. The board opened a public hearing at 9:31 a.m.; no comments were received and the board closed the hearing before voting to adopt the resolution.
